PIpedrive has repackaged their Contacts Timeline feature and it is brilliant. If you're a sales manager you'll love this new time saving element.  

Think of it as a way to easily hold yourself and sales staff accountable without having to pull reports or rely on "he said, she said". Simply pull the report up while in the meeting and go through key accounts or prospects one line at a time. It is that easy.

It is easy to let prospects or customer slip through the cracks. While Pipedrive allows you a myriad of checks and balances so you can avoid this happening, for those of you who are more visual, the Contacts Timeline feature is the best option.
