Look no further because Pipedrive CRM's Multi Email Sync is here to solve that problem. Now you can seamlessly sync email accounts within Pipedrive, transforming it into a hub for all your email communications.

Effortless Setup

Setting up Multi Email Sync couldn't be easier. Whether you have two, three, or even more email accounts, the process is straightforward. Here's how;

Access your email sync settings:

* Log in to your Pipedrive account

* Click on the top right corner of your screen and select Personal Preferences

* Navigate to your email sync settings

* Click on the "+ email account" option (top right, green button)

* Enter the email address you want to sync and confirm your login information

* Customise Your Preferences: choose sharing settings, preferred labels, etc

* select what date you would like to start syncing from

* Once configured, simply click "start syncing," and you're ready to go.

Efficient Email Management

After syncing you can access all your email inboxes by heading to the envelope icon in the far left menu bar. Pipedrive CRM provides you with an inbox where you can easily handle all your email communications in one place. Simply click on the preferred email address in your Sales Inbox and away you go.  Say goodbye to the inconvenience of switching between email platforms or browser tabs.

Designate a Default Account ... or not.

While you have the option to sync email addresses, Pipedrive CRM allows you to choose email as your default email account for emailing. This ensures a seamless experience with automated emailing, even when multiple accounts are synced. Or choose not to designate a default email address. In which case you‘ll choose a sender email from the drop-down in your composition window before sending.
